I will create a new onboarding process and induction slides from scratch or improve the current, making it more smooth and owning:

  • Induction on the first morning

  • Set up on all relevant systems

  • Equipment distribution and returns

  • Offboarding and exit interviews

Culture

Are you struggling for capacity to solidify or elevate your company’s culture?

I will assess your current culture, talking to all team members and stakeholders to understand what needs to remain the same, what needs to be added and what needs to be improved.

I will act as a culture ambassador, initially taking lead of key initiatives, leading by example.
